Welcome to the Northern Hockey Development Program.Founded in 2020, our program was created to fill a critical gap in elite training opportunities for players in the Northern Region. We recognized that athletes in metro areas had access to high-level programs that bring top players together—and we wanted to provide the same opportunity closer to home.

 

Our camps and practices unite the region’s top players, creating a competitive environment where athletes can train alongside others who share the same passion and love for the game. By raising the compete level, we help players push each other to grow and improve.

 

Our mission is to train, develop, and mentor female hockey players throughout the Northern Region, with our home base in Duluth, Minnesota. Since our inception, more than 35 of our athletes have gone on to play collegiate hockey.

 

What sets us apart is our all-female coaching staff, made up of former collegiate, national, and professional players. Our coaches understand what it takes to be an elite athlete—from intentional skill development to building a competitive, high-performance practice environment.We are committed to seeing more Northern players succeed at the next level and to helping bring more state titles back to the Northern Region along the way.
