Players focused on gaining strength with a tailored program. Focus was put on building strength with one legged exercises along with quickness and power with sprints and plyometrics.

Coach Healey Professional Women's Hockey Player of the Buffalo Beauts along with Coach Brodt Professional Women's Hockey Player and Captain of the Minnesota Whitecaps came to town for NHDP.

Players learn the importance of flexibility and mobility  with coach yoga instructor Stephanie. 

Coach Ashton Bell worked with athletes this spring and summer. Players got to see her 2022 Gold Medal won with Team Canada.

Strength and conditioning coach Mo former UMD bulldog jumped on the ice with players throughout the summer. 

Players got competitive in a spike-ball tournament played on the last day of camp during their off ice session.
