to become your best you have to compete against the best

nhdp was built on the idea of the best players competing and training together in their off-seasons

"My mission is to provide the top female hockey players of the Northern Minnesota Region with what they have been missing. A summer long Elite Hockey Program where our elite female players can train and compete against the other elite female players in the area. In order to grow as a hockey player you need to be practicing and competing against the best players. The Northern Development Program will bring the top female hockey players from the Northern Region to practice and train on and off the ice at an elite level consistently all summer long."

"I have a passion for the game of hockey and developing the next generation of hockey players. My time and experience as a player and coach at various levels of women's hockey has provided me a unique perspective on what it takes to be an elite player and get to the highest levels. I am excited to continue to bring my passion for hockey, skills, and development to the northern players to help them reach their full potential as athletes."
